You will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to four spacious bedrooms and an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55” Smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a cozy queen-size bed and a 55” Smart TV. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds, a 55″ Smart TV and retro game console. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, 55″ Smart TV and dedicated workspace.

If you’re traveling with little ones feel free to use the foldable crib, pack n’ play, sound machine, stroller, high chair, outlet covers, and child gates!

The half bathroom is located downstairs between the living room and kitchen. The second bathroom is located off the master bedroom and boasts a shower/tub combo, along with plenty of drawer and counter space for all your personal items. The third bathroom is located in the upstairs hallway and is similarly equipped with lots of counter and drawer space and a shower/tub combo. Both upstairs bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion).

Channel your inner chef while you’re on vacay in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and a dishwasher. If you’re traveling with young ones, there are kids’ plates, bowls, and cups available for use in addition to a high chair.

Morning coffee is made easy with a full coffee bar (Keurig, French press, frother, flavored syrups). Plus, we’ve included a waffle station with all the fixings so you can enjoy breakfast with family and friends.

When it comes time for enjoying your meals, you can cozy up to the bar seating in the kitchen, or head over to the beautiful wood dining table that seats eight. The large kitchen/dining area is perfect for morning chats, family meals and game night.

Transit

The house is centrally located to many attractions in San Antonio. The easiest way to get around is by car.

Notes

Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and support isn’t available 24-hours a day.

Interaction with guests

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Neighborhood

Located in north central San Antonio, our home is close to a variety of family-friendly attractions such as Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and Lackland Air Force Base. It is also just a short drive from UTSA, La Cantera and The Rim.

Access

Entire space is included in this rental with the exception of one of the closets, which is a locked storage closet. Please, make yourself at home.

House Rules

We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

– NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.

– NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors.

– NO Pets: This is NOT a pet friendly property. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be cancelled.

– Pool: When you book this reservation, you agree to the following information concerning the swimming pool. By swimming at the pool, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including my party’s use of the pool facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

– The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
– The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; injuries resulting from consumption of alcohol
– The risk of injuries resulting from no lifeguard present during my stay
– the risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool or near the pool
– exposure to COVID 19

• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming. In exchange for allowing me and my GROUP to utilize the pool and pool area during my stay , I hereby agree to the conditions below.

I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:

1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, to include but not limited to bodily injury, or Covid-19 and disease that my GROUP may have in the future against the Owners of the PROPERTY or the Vacation Management Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the pool and pool area;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that group may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area
4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible for my GROUP and my GROUP will adhere to all the rules of the property;
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by booking this rental managed by Sojora, I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my party may have against the Releasees, and I fully agree to do so.

– Security Camera: There are two exterior security cameras. There is one next to the front door, facing the front of the door. There is one above the garage door, facing the front of the driveway. It will be on during your stay. There are NO cameras or recording devices inside the house.

– Contact During Your Stay: Sojora is your first point of contact during your stay. Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise.

– Noise: At all times, Sojora guests may not disturb their neighbors’ quiet enjoyment. In addition, guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Properties are proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

– Occupancy: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. There can be no more than the specified number of guests on the premises at any given time. If any unauthorized individuals are detected, guest will be charged $50 per guest per night.

– Package Handling: Unlike traditional hotels, Sojora does not have a staffed front desk, so we cannot accept any package deliveries. Instead, we can provide a list of nearby UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Hub locations that can receive packages.

– Lost and Found: Sojora assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including any belongings that are left in the townhouse after your departure time has passed.

– Return of Fobs & Keys: All designated fobs, keys, and parking passes must be left in the unit upon checkout. Failure to leave all access items behind will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $250 per item. Please alert us immediately if any items are missing at the beginning of your stay.

– Infestation: If Sojora determines that you have brought any infestation into the unit or onto the premises, Sojora reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses that we deem necessary to address the infestation.

– Parking: There is a garage that can fit one (1) vehicle. There is a driveway that can fit two (2) vehicles. There is also street parking. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Sojora shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.

– Damaged or Missing Property: Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the townhouse, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the house during the guests’ stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). Sojora reserves the right to charge guests for 120 percent of such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Sojora as a result of the damage and/or theft. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation.

– Use: The house and all amenity areas shall not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. No nails, screws, or other items may be driven into any portion of the house. Guests shall use the house for residential purposes only. Guests shall not conduct any commercial, industrial, or retail activity in the house.

– Third-Party Bookings: The house cannot be booked on behalf of someone else. If you are booking the house, you acknowledge that you are the primary guest who will be staying in the house. If it is determined that you are not the primary guest staying in the house, your reservation will be terminated without a refund.
